📜 Terms
These Terms govern your use of Atlasemoji. By using the app, you agree to these rules. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
1) Be decent (community safety)
- No harassment, hate, or targeting real people.
- No threats, incitement, or instructions for wrongdoing.
- No illegal content.
- No doxxing or sharing personal information about others.
- No content that endangers children (especially location/routine info).
- No spam, scams, or attempts to game the system.
2) Your content
You own the content you create. To operate the service (store it, display it to you, and show it to others if you mark it public), you grant Atlasemoji a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely for running and improving the service.
Public vs private: If you mark content public, you are publishing it. Others may view, share, or screenshot it. If you’re unsure, keep it private.
3) Content moderation
To keep people safe and keep the service usable, we may remove or restrict content and/or accounts that violate these Terms, are illegal, or create safety risk. We may use a mix of automated checks and human review to detect spam/abuse.
If we remove or restrict content, we may provide a brief explanation through the app where feasible. (Some situations require immediate action for safety or legal compliance.)
4) Prohibited technical abuse
- No reverse engineering, bypassing limits, or interfering with the service.
- No scraping that degrades performance or violates privacy expectations.
- No attempts to upload malicious files or exploit the app.
5) Beta service + availability
Atlasemoji may be in beta. Features may change, move, or break. We aim for reliability, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, or that content will always be available.
6) Safety disclaimer
Atlasemoji can help with planning and memory, but it is not a guaranteed emergency service. Do not rely on it as your only source of navigation or safety planning.
7) Third-party services
The app uses third-party providers (for example maps and hosting). Their services may have their own terms, and your use of those components may be subject to them.
8) Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create risk or legal exposure. Where reasonable, we’ll try to do this proportionately.
9) Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. If changes are material, we’ll provide an in-app notice where feasible. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
