These Terms govern your use of Atlasemoji . By using the app, you agree to these rules. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
1) Be decent (community safety)
- No harassment, hate, or targeting real people.
- No threats, incitement, or instructions for wrongdoing.
- No illegal content.
- No doxxing or sharing personal information about others.
- No content that endangers children (especially location/routine info).
- No spam, scams, or attempts to game the system.
Fixed Geofence Trial sessions
The Fixed Geofence Trial lets a visitor create a saved geofence, invite consenting participants, and use participating phones to generate location pings and geofence boundary state. The geofence itself is only a boundary. A meaningful event happens when a participating phone that accepted the session shares a location update and Atlasemoji compares that phone location to the saved boundary.
By starting or accepting a geofence test, you agree to use it only with your own phone or with people/devices that have knowingly accepted the session link. Do not use Atlasemoji to secretly track a person, device, vehicle, or asset.
Participant links use masked session tokens. You are responsible for sharing those links only with the intended participants and for stopping, pausing, or revoking sharing when the test is complete or no longer authorized.
2) Your content
You own the content you create. To operate the service, you grant Atlasemoji a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely for running and improving the service.
Public vs private: If you mark content public, you are publishing it. Others may view, share, or screenshot it. If you’re unsure, keep it private.
3) Content moderation
We may remove or restrict content and/or accounts that violate these Terms, are illegal, or create safety risk.
We may use automated systems and human review. Some situations require immediate action.
4) Prohibited technical abuse
- No reverse engineering or bypassing limits.
- No scraping that harms performance or privacy.
- No malicious uploads or exploits.
- Do not use a Fixed Geofence Trial to track another person without their explicit participation and accepted location sharing.
- Do not share masked participant links publicly or with people who are not intended to join the session.
5) Beta service + availability
Atlasemoji may be in beta. Features may change or break. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
6) Safety disclaimer
Atlasemoji is not an emergency service. Do not rely on it for safety-critical decisions.
7) Third-party services
We rely on providers like maps and hosting. Their terms may also apply.
Browser and mobile location accuracy depends on device hardware, operating system permissions, browser/app settings, network conditions, and whether the participant actively shares location. A geofence event is not guaranteed unless a consenting phone provides a location update that can be compared to the saved boundary.
8) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create risk.
9) Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance.
