Learning & Help

Quick starts, field guides, help files, API explainers, and implementation notes for business and technical users.

Where this fits

The help center should have two layers. The first layer is for business visitors who want to understand where each solution fits. The second layer is for technical users who need implementation guidance.

The public layer should stay simple. It should explain the problem, the fit, the paired solutions, and the practical use. The technical layer can go deeper, but it should be cleaned before publication.

The raw technical manual should not be published as-is. It contains internal routes, tenant rules, and security behavior. It also contains implementation contracts and operational details. A public version should explain capabilities without exposing internal architecture or unnecessary IP.

Good fit for

  • Business use-case pages
  • Technical explainers
  • API guides
  • Partner onboarding notes
  • Field guides
  • Implementation summaries
