Where this fits
Most Atlasemoji location workflows use geohash-9, which represents cells roughly 4.8 meters by 4.8 meters. That scale works well for routes, geofences, facilities, and most operational GIS. Locate uses geohash-12, reducing the spatial cell to approximately 3.7 centimeters by 1.9 centimeters at the equator.
Locate combines that high-resolution XY spatial index with Z height and site context. A warehouse position can therefore resolve beyond the facility itself into a rack, bay, level, storage position, waypoint, or other operational location.
Locate also records where positioning information came from and its reported accuracy. GNSS, RTK, surveyed coordinates, UWB, RFID, scanners, designed rack geometry, and human observations can participate in the same location model.
